FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY-
1 dozen
Our gorgeous pasture raised, locally grown, certified organic soy free chicken eggs can now be ordered for pickup right here on our website!
Raised foraging 7 acres of pasture, our birds go where they need to forage for bugs, worms, grass all the things. Our eggs are nutritionally superior and boast bright orange yolks in the summer due to their diet.
We raise heritage breeds and hatch our own hens from our stock. We breed not only for egg color but quality as well. We find our birds forage better than birds bred for production. Quality over quantity.
Their supplemental feed is grown locally about 10 miles away. It is certified organic & soy free.
Eggs are unwashed. If you prefer them to be washed, please put a note at checkout.
The price is $8/dozen, but due to website limitations with sales tax calculation, I priced them at $7.50 to accommodate the sales tax charge (even though these are tax-exempt). So be aware that it will calculate sales tax at checkout, the eggs are priced lower to account for that.
Eggs can be picked up at our farm in Imlay City. Please specify your pickup day/ approximate time in the notes at checkout. We will have your order ready for you right in the barn. Note-pickup hours are between 9:00am—7:00pm. Once your eggs are outside, they are yours. If you fail to pick them up, no refunds will be given. Feel free to email me with any questions- montefarms@gmail.com
Eggs can be filled next day but if you wish to add any skincare items for pickup, those must be ordered 3 business days in advance of pickup.
A great opportunity for home gardeners & flower farmers alike.
Our dahlia tubers are “awake” with in-tact necks. Can be potted for cuttings prior to planting out, or keep in vermiculite in a cool place until your last frost, here in zone 6a that is around May 15th.
I have carefully cataloged each variety when I dug them in the fall, however, I cannot guarantee I did not make mistakes! :) lol! So these are being offered at a significant discount.
These are divided tubers, not clumps.
Dahlias are very easy to grow, love sun, well-draining soil and appreciate support. Harvest armloads by August/September!

These are available for farm pickup (just select that option at checkout), and shipping! If temps in your zipcode are going to be below freezing in the next week, I will delay shipping until it is safe. Please keep an eye on your tracking & promptly retrieve them from your mailbox. Our full shipping policy is found in FAQ.
