You will have the option to purchase products you use regularly on a subscription basis. Your favorite products will be shipped to you without having to worry about it! You can choose from 1, 2, or 3 month frequency. You will be charged before shipment. Enjoy a 10% off discount, and free up that mental space! Never run out of your fave products. you can cancel anytime.
Monte Farm reserves the right to cancel orders if customers are abusing this discount.

PICKUP AT THE FARM
We are pleased to offer free local pickup here at our farm in Imlay City for our local customers. Please note the following:
Our standard handling time applies to pickup orders. You can find this in the banner at the top of the shop page, usually it is 2-3 business days. We CANNOT accommodate same day pickups.
When your order is ready, you will receive an email to coordinate a pickup date and time. You can select a one hour pickup window. This ensures that your product is not subjected to long periods of hot/cold fluctuations.
Once the orders are placed in our pickup area, they are yours. If they are forgotten, melt, freeze, etc, no refunds will be given unless the customer has made prior arrangements.
On your pickup appointment, you can let yourself into our garage, the pickup table is right inside the door.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking.
Please be sure to keep yourself updated with the tracking to ensure your package is removed from your mailbox in a timely manner. Monte Farm is not responsible for damages to products due to the items freezing/melting because they were left overnight outside.
If your order was damaged IN TRANSIT, please send photos and your order number to montefarms@gmail.com. We love our customers and do our best to make them happy. :)

Skincare/soap products: Due to the nature of these products, no refunds or returns will be accepted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to montefarms@gmail.com.
Flower subscriptions: Our subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if your circumstances have changed and you are unable to pickup or receive our deliveries (ie moved, etc), you may gift your subscription to a friend. Please email us at montefarms@gmail.com to discuss your options.
We love our customers and strive for 100% satisfaction. Always feel free to reach out if you need assistance with your order.

Oil/tallow based products are prone to spoilage if water is introduced to the container. These products have been produced very carefully to promote the best shelf life.
Please keep the products in a cool, dry place and avoid using wet hands to remove the product.
Always perform a patch test to see how your skin reacts.
