Shipping/Pickup POlicy

Pickup at the Farm

We are pleased to offer free local pickup here at our farm in Imlay City for our local customers. Please note the following:

• Our standard handling time applies to pickup orders. You can find this in the banner at the top of the shop page, usually it is 2-3 business days. We CANNOT accommodate same day pickups.

• When your order is ready, you will receive an email to coordinate a pickup date and time. You can select a one hour pickup window. This ensures that your product is not subjected to long periods of hot/cold fluctuations.

• Once the orders are placed in our pickup area, they are yours. If they are forgotten, melt, freeze, etc, no refunds will be given unless the customer has made prior arrangements.

• On your pickup appointment, you can let yourself into our garage, the pickup table is right inside the door.

Shipping

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking.

• Please be sure to keep yourself updated with the tracking to ensure your package is removed from your mailbox in a timely manner. Monte Farm is not responsible for damages to products due to the items freezing/melting because they were left overnight outside.

• If your order was damaged IN TRANSIT, please send photos and your order number to montefarms@gmail.com. We love our customers and do our best to make them happy. :)
